How Many Artificial Roses Do You Need? A Quantity Guide

Our artificial roses are sold in packs of 25 stems, which is a convenient amount for most single-arrangement projects — but larger displays and multiple arrangements will need more than one pack. Here is a practical starting point.

Bridal Bouquet

A full, hand-tied bridal bouquet typically uses 15 to 25 stems, depending on how dense you want it and whether you are mixing in foliage or filler flowers. A single 25-pack is usually enough for one bouquet with a little left over.

Bridesmaid or Smaller Bouquets

Smaller, posy-style bouquets generally use 8 to 12 stems each. One 25-pack can comfortably stretch across two smaller bouquets. For sizing and coordinating a full set, see our bridesmaid bouquet buying guide.

Table Centrepieces

A low, single-vase centrepiece typically needs 10 to 15 stems. If you are styling several tables, multiply by the number of tables — for example, eight tables at 12 stems each is roughly four packs. For containers, stem choices and colour schemes, see our wedding centrepiece buying guide.

Arches, Hoops and Aisle Decor

This is where quantities grow quickly. A modest floral arch can use 75 to 150+ stems depending on size and how full you want the coverage to look, so plan for several packs and build it up in stages rather than guessing in one go. Our wedding arch buying guide covers coverage levels and building in sections.

A Simple Way to Plan

List every arrangement you need — bouquet, centrepieces, arch, buttonholes — estimate stems per item using the ranges above, add them together, then round up to the nearest pack of 25. It is always easier to have a few spare stems than to reorder mid-project and risk a slightly different batch colour.

Buying in Bulk for Larger Projects

Because every set is 25 roses, bulk buying is simply a matter of counting packs — and colour is consistent between packs of the same rose, so a top-up order placed later still matches what you already have. For venue styling, flower walls or event work, order one pack first to check the shade in your setting and light, then scale up with confidence.

Working on a wedding? The wedding roses collection groups every set alongside our DIY guides, and every rose is real-touch foam — the material that holds up to close inspection in person and in photographs.

Plan your flowers

How Many Roses Will You Need?

Plan your wedding flowers with a simple estimate based on your bouquets, tables or arch displays — then add the right number of packs in one step.

  • Bridal bouquet 15–25 roses per bouquet
  • Bridesmaid bouquets 8–12 roses per bouquet
  • Table centrepieces & vases 10–15 roses per table
  • Aisle & arch decor 75–150+ roses per arch or display (approximate)

Add your arrangements together, then round up to whole packs — a few spare stems are easier than a mid-project top-up.
