How We Can Help
- Product questions — not sure between stemmed and stemless, or how a colour reads in real light? Ask us about colours, pack sizes, materials and which roses suit what you're making.
- Existing orders — for order status or delivery questions, include your order number and we'll look it up. If you need to change something on an order you've just placed, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do what we can.

Wedding & Event Enquiries
Many of our customers are planning weddings, ceremonies or styled events. If you're deciding on colours or working out how many roses you'll need for bouquets, centrepieces or an arch, start with our wedding flowers collection — it includes a rose quantity calculator that estimates stem counts from your party size and arrangements. If you'd rather talk it through, send a message with your date, colour palette and rough numbers and we'll go from there.
