Questions about bulk orders
Is the bulk discount applied automatically?
Yes. Add 3 or more packs of roses to your bag and the lower price shows straight away, with no code needed.
Can I mix colours?
Yes. Every pack of roses in your bag counts towards the discount, whatever the colour. For example, 3 packs of white and 3 of blush pink count as 6 packs.
Will a later top-up match my first order?
Packs of the same rose are colour-consistent, so a top-up order will match.
How far ahead should I order for a wedding?
Our roses never wilt, so you can order weeks or months ahead and arrange them early. Standard UK delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days from dispatch.
What if I change my mind?
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel and return your order, in line with UK consumer law.
